The FVEAA was formed in 1975 around the time of the first oil embargo and was incorporated in the State of Illinois in 1979. We became a chapter of the EAA Electric Auto Association in 2004. We promote efficient and clean electric vehicle use and educate the public on these issues. We help our members to become electric vehicle drivers.
