The IPFC process combines a Hydrogen Plasma Black Reactor with a Direct Carbon Fuel Cell. This process will take 5 years to be ready for large scale application. A variation of the IPFC process using a carbon combustion turbine instead of a Direct Carbon Fuel Cell could be ready for deployment in about a year.
